With a special focus on women’s wellness, Dr. Amruta has guided 100+ women through transformative journeys, helping them overcome stress, hormonal imbalances, thyroid issues, and emotional challenges. She has conducted 50+ workshops – both offline and online – including renowned programs like “Superwoman to Supermart Woman”, “Heal Your Thyroid” that have helped women lead healthier, more fulfilled lives.

Sayali Jadhav is a experienced Yoga Trainer with a unique blend of corporate and holistic expertise. After completing her M.Com and spending nearly 10 years in the corporate world, she followed her passion for wellness and pursued advanced qualifications in yoga.

She holds a Diploma and Master’s Degree in Yoga and is certified in Corporate Yoga, Kids Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Chair Yoga, and Face Yoga. With 15+ years of teaching experience.
she has successfully conducted both online and offline classes for individuals, groups, and organizations.

Over the 10 years, she has helped hundreds of women overcome stress, anxiety, and hormonal imbalances, guided women in regulating thyroid health, and even supported many in their natural conception journey. She has also conducted special workshops for students to boost focus, reduce exam stress, and enhance overall well-being.
